I had a great experience staying at Knighton Villa. The communication from the hosts regarding accessing the property was excellent. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with charming Victorian features. The furnishings were comfortable and the entire villa was impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find milk and butter in the fridge, as well as mini-chocolates on the pillows. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at a beautifully stylish and comfortable property. The plush and cozy atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed playing board games in the lounge and had lovely meals at the large dining table overlooking the garden. The dining room chairs were magical and the most comfortable we've ever sat on! The extra touches like toiletries in the bathroom and gift packages in the bedrooms made our stay extra special. The landlord, Rocky, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, even providing us with beers and bottled water on arrival. The location was convenient, just 10 minutes away from the train station. we had a wonderful weekend break and would definitely return. We highly recommend this property for its exceptional experience.
Parking was a bit difficult on the busy residential street, but it didn't detract from our stay. The wooden floors and large spaces made it echo, which was a slight challenge when moving around and opening drawers.

My recent stay at Knighton Villa was absolutely fantastic. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The plush and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We had a great time playing board and card games in the second lounge, and the large dining table provided the perfect setting for our meals while enjoying views of the beautiful garden. I have to mention the dining room chairs, they were truly magical and the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat on! The little extras, like toiletries in the bathroom and gift packages in the bedrooms, really made our stay special. The attention to detail, from the welcoming scent as we entered the house to the beers and bottled water provided by the host, Rocky, truly impressed me. With easy access to public transport and the University of Leicester and De Montfort University nearby, the location was perfect. I cannot recommend staying at Knighton Villa enough. It was a truly exceptional weekend break and I would give it 11 out of 10!

The location was perfect, with easy roadside parking and close proximity to universities. The spacious and comfortable rooms were ideal for families. The communication and responsiveness of the staff were excellent. The internet and TV services were great.
There was a lack of certain amenities, such as a clothes dryer and sufficient crockery items. The living room not being carpeted was a bit of a drawback.

The property was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a large TV and internet access. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a selection of shops and restaurants nearby. the house was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment.
the ovens were not working, which was disappointing as it limited our ability to cook. the blinds in the sitting room couldn't be opened, which took away from the natural light and view.
